Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your reservation the booking fee is non refundable. The booking fee, first night or price of the accommodation may still be charged depending on the policy of the hotel that you agreed to at the time of making the reservation.
You may also be charged additional fees according to the following schedule:
Cancellation up to 4 Days before check-in: Non-Refundable Fee.
Cancellation within 48 Hours before Check in: 50% of the Booking Value + Non-refundable booking fee.
Cancellation up to 24 Hours before Check in: Full value of the booking.
No Show, without cancellation: Full value of the booking.
Children
Children under 12 stay for free if using existing bedding.
Children aged 13 or over must use an extra bed.
Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose.
**ETAF of Php100 for first five nights, succeeding night is Php50

Hotel Terms and Condition
The Hotel will not be responsible for accidents, injury to guests or for any damage/loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
Safety Deposit Boxes are available in the Hotel guests room at no charge.
For safety and security reasons, please do not leave your vehicles unlocked. Designated areas are located for guests parking.
Any cancellation received within 48 hours prior to the arrival will incur 50% of the room charge while cancellation received within 24 hours prior to the arrival will incur 100% of the room charge. Failure to arrive at hotel will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be given.
Children below 12 years old sharing room and bed with parents are FREE OF CHARGE.
